Super Strawberry Chia Seed Jam November 12 2014

 

 Follow our recipe to make your own super healthy strawberry jam!   

 

 

 

 Ingredients:

 -3 cups strawberries

 -2 ½ tablespoons chia seed

 (available at hipster-health.com )

 -½ teaspoon sweetener

 -1 tablespoon water

 -½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

 -2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

 (available at maplesyrupworld.com/products )

 

 Instructions:

 -Place your strawberries in to a large bowl and mash them using your fork.

 -Put them into a pan on low heat and add the water, vanilla extract and chia seed.

 -Take off the heat and mix in the maple syrup and sweetener.

 -Allow to cool and enjoy!
