Super Seasonal Roasted Vegetables December 10 2014


 Nothing beats a nice hot meal during wintertime, but it isn’t easy to come up with new recipes to try. If you’re  bored of the same old meals, try our delicious roasted vegetable recipe!





 -3 large carrots (sliced)

 -2 large onions (peeled and chopped into chunks)

 -4 large parsnips (Peeled and sliced)

 -6 garlic cloves

 -3 tbsp. rapeseed oil

 -3 sprigs rosemary

 -2 sprigs thyme

 -1 turnip (chopped in half and sliced)

 -3 large potatoes (diced)

 -Sea salt and ground pepper



 -Preheat the oven to 180° Celsius

 -Add the carrots, onions, parsnips, garlic, turnip and potatoes into a pan. (We recommend THIS)

 -Pour the oil over the vegetables.

 -Add the rosemary and thyme to the vegetables and season with salt and pepper.

 -Put into the oven for 40 minutes.

 -Serve and enjoy!
