Super Festive Eggnog Chia Pudding December 18 2014


 It's not christmas without Eggnog, which is why all of us at have created this super healthy  Eggnog Chia Pudding! Simply Delicious!



 Serves: 4



 3 tablespoons chia seed

 (We recommend

 4 egg whites

 3 cups almond milk

 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 1 teaspoon cinnamon

 1 teaspoon nutmeg

 1 tablespoon rum (optional)




 -Heat the almond milk and egg in a saucepan, stirring continuously.

 -Take off the heat and stir in the vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg and rum.

 -Allow the mixture to cool for 1 hour.

 -Pour the chia seeds in to a cup and add a dash of almond milk, leave for 10 minutes.

 -Combine the chia seeds with the mixture and mix well.

 -Put it into the fridge for 3 hours.

 -Spoon into small bowls or glasses and enjoy!
