Super Tasty Couscous Recipe January 30 2015


 The temperature outside is dropping, which means eating cold, wet salads is becoming a lot

 less appealing! In the hopes that you are sticking to your healthy lifestyle, we are bringing you a

 delicious couscous recipe, which is great on it's own, or served with fish.







 -150g Couscous

 (Our favourite is

 -Onion granules

 -1 teaspoon rapeseed oil

 -Crushed Garlic


 -Black pepper

 -1 large chopped red onion

 -1 teaspoon olive oil

 -300g boiling water



 -Put the couscous into a large bowl and pour over the boiling water, top with black pepper and

 leave to stand for 5/10 minutes, or until water has absorbed.

 -Fluff the couscous with a fork.

 -Heat the oil in a pan and put in the red onion and crushed garlic, cook until brown.

 -Mix the garlic, onion and paprika in with the couscous and top with pepper.

 -Serve and enjoy!
