Super Creamy Cashew Smoothie April 15 2015

Chia seeds are often referred to as nature’s secret medicine, and is not without cause! Our favourite superfood is packed full of Omega-3 fatty acids, protein, calcium, fibre and iron, making it the perfect way to get all the nutrients needed for a healthy and well-balanced lifestyle!
-2 large handful Cashew nuts
-1 scoop Super Eleven Shake (Available at Supereleven.com)
-1 teaspoon Super Chia Seed (Available at SuperEleven.com)
-100ml Almond milk
-1 frozen Banana
-½ teaspoon Raw Vanilla extract
-Put the cashew nuts in to a bowl and fill with water, cover and leave to soak overnight.
-Put the soaked cashews in to a blender (We have been loving the Nutri-bullet!) and discard the water.
-Add the rest of the ingredients (minus the chia seed) in to your blender, blend until smooth.
-Sprinkle the Super Chia seeds on top of your smoothie and enjoy.
