Super Eleven's Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles May 13 2015


It’s hard to believe these peanut butter truffles are healthy, but with only organic ingredients and containing Super Eleven Shake, Super Cocoa Powder and Super Chia seeds, these Super truffles are packed full of nutrition, meaning you can enjoy these delicious bites guilt-free!

-3 scoops Super Eleven Shake (Available here)

-Super Chia Seeds (Optional - to roll) (Available here)

-2 teaspoon Super Cocoa Powder (Available here)

-4 tablespoons Organic Peanut butter

-1 tablespoon Almond milk

-1 teaspoon Raw Vanilla extract

-6 squares Organic Dark Chocolate



-Add the Super Eleven Shake, peanut butter, vanilla extract, almond milk and cocoa powder in to a food processor and blend until all combined.

-Put the dark chocolate in to a small bowl and place this bowl on top of a larger bowl filled with boiling water, making sure no water gets in to the chocolate.

-Stir the chocolate until it has fully melted.

-Take the peanut mixture out of the food processor and roll into small balls.

-Dip the peanut balls in to the dark chocolate, making sure they are fully coated, then if using, roll them in chia seed.

-Place them on to a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.

-Put in to the fridge for 1-2 hours and then enjoy.
