Super Chia Seed Salad Dressing May 27 2015

 

This filling and delicious dressing is perfect sprinkled over a refreshing salad! We recommend it accompanied by a handful of Kale, some crispy tofu and your favourite veggies! This Chia dressing is the perfect natural substitute for the many unhealthy dressings you find coating your salads!

 

 

Containing Chia, this dressing is overflowing with goodness! Chia seeds are often referred to as nature’s secret medicine, and is not without cause! Our favourite superfood is packed full of Omega-3 fatty acids, protein, calcium, fibre and iron, making it the perfect way to get all the nutrients needed for a healthy and well-balanced lifestyle!

Ingredients:

2 teaspoons Super Chia Seed (Available HERE)

50ml Almond milk

2 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 teaspoon Honey

2 crushed Garlic cloves

2 tablespoon Lemon juice

1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Pinch of Salt & Pepper

1 tsp. Onion Granules

1 tsp. Paprika

 

Method:

-Add all of the ingredients into a bowl and stir until they are fully combined.

-Pour over your salad and enjoy!
