Flaxseed is a natural and tasty way to incorporate more nutrients in to your diet. This Superfood is high in Omega-3 fatty acids, lignans, fibre, protein, Vitamin B and antioxidants. Flaxseed is truly unique in the health benefits it offers.

 

Chia seeds are often referred to as nature’s secret medicine, and is not without cause! Our favourite superfood is packed full of Omega-3 fatty acids, protein, calcium, fibre and iron, making it the perfect way to get all the nutrients needed for a healthy and well-balanced lifestyle!

Ingredients:

-200g Super Flaxseed (Available HERE)

-2 teaspoons Super Chia Seeds (Available HERE)

-1 teaspoon Poppy seeds

-175ml Water

-½ teaspoon Garlic powder

-½ teaspoon Onion powder

-½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika

-½ teaspoon Himalayan Rock Salt

 

Method:

-Add all ingredients in to a large bowl and mix until a dough forms, adding more water if needs be.

-Spread the crackers in a thin layer on a lined baking sheet.

-Cut lines into the top of the crackers in the shape you want your crackers in, so that they are easier to snap once cooked.

-Bake for 25 minutes until edges have browned.
