Super Green Detox Blueberry Ice cream July 21 2015



During summer, ice cream cravings are hard to ignore. Luckily for you, have put together this delicious and healthy raspberry ice cream recipe just for you! Not only is it a healthier alternative to normal ice cream, it is also Vegan! We served ours in these cute ice cream bowls from John Lewis, available HERE.


Containing Super Green Detox powder, this ice cream alternative is bursting with nutritional contents! Super Green Detox is a natural, healthy and safe drink, which can detox your mind and body of allergens and toxins. It can boost your immune system leaving you feeling refreshed, replenished and revitalised.




For the Ice Cream:

-1 serving Super Green Detox (available HERE)

-3 Frozen Bananas

-1 cup Frozen Blueberries

-2 Large Frozen Strawberries

-Juice from 1/2 Lemon

-2 tbsp. Coconut Yoghurt (We use COYO, available HERE)


For the Sauce:

-1/2 cup Blueberries

-1 tablespoon Organic Maple Syrup

-4 Dates

-Handful Almonds




-Blend all ice cream ingredients in your food processor until it is creamy.

-Pour your mixture in to a container and freeze for 1-2 hours.

-Add the sauce ingredients into your blender (except the almonds) and blend until smooth.

-Scoop your ice cream into a bowl, drizzle the sauce over the top and sprinkle with Almonds.

-Now enjoy!
