Our flaxseed-style oatmeal. Introducing Flax-meal.

Breakfast... the most important meal of the day, right? And let’s be honest, we all - as superfoodies know how to do it best. But as the well-awaited weekend finally arrives, we can’t resort to reaching for the sugary cereals and cheeky fry-ups. We just won’t stand for it! Power to the people!
We’re on a breakfast mission to give you lot the perfect dish to kick-start your Saturday. Introducing, our fruity Flax-meal! No wait, is it flaxy-brek? Maybe Ready-flax? Either way we can assure you it won’t disappoint.
Here are the ingredients that you are going to need:
-4 tbsp. Super Flaxseed
-1 serving of Super Eleven Shake
-300ml of almond milk (we love almond breeze, available here *link*)
-1 banana, sliced
-Handful of blueberries
-1 tsp. of cinnamon
-2 chopped peaches
And here’s how you do it…
-Heat the almond milk in a pan over medium heat until boiling.
-Reduce the heat and add the flaxseed, porridge oats and Super Eleven Shake, cook until thick.
-Remove from the heat and mix in the rest of the ingredients.
-Tuck in and enjoy!!
