Mmm Jelly… usually coupled with a birthday cake or ice cream, this nostalgic dessert brings back fond memories of our childhood. It’s also one of those things that we miss out on after turning vegan. Our super-foodies at have gone out on a whim and whipped up this tasty vegan recipe for you, and of course it’s full of all-natural, fresh ingredients as well as our very own Super Chia seeds. Trust us, you will not want to give this one a miss.



Here is the Ingredients that you are going to need…

-3 tbsp. Super Chia seed (link)

-2 cup raspberries

-3 cups coconut water

-2 tbsp. maple syrup

-2 tsp. agar agar powder


And here is how you make it…

-Heat the coconut water over medium heat in a saucepan, then add the raspberries, maple syrup & agar agar powder, bring to the boil.

- Reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.

-Take off the heat and strain the liquid into a dish.

-Mix the chia into the jelly mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours.
