    It’s hard to find healthy snacks that are still delicious, which is why we have created these Super Crunchy Flaxseed Crackers, just for you!     Ingredients:

    -200g Super Flaxseed (Available HERE)

    -2 teaspoons Super Chia Seeds (Available HERE)

    -1 teaspoon Poppy seeds

    -175ml Water

    -½ teaspoon Garlic powder

    -½ teaspoon Onion powder

    -½ teaspoon Smoked Paprika

    -½ teaspoon Himalayan Rock Salt

     

    Method:

    -Add all ingredients in to a large bowl and mix until a dough forms, adding more water if needs be.

    -Spread the crackers in a thin layer on a lined baking sheet.

    -Cut lines into the top of the crackers in the shape you want your crackers in, so that they are easier to snap once cooked.

    -Bake for 25 minutes until edges have browned.

     


    Super Chia Seed Salad Dressing May 27 2015

     

    This filling and delicious dressing is perfect sprinkled over a refreshing salad! We recommend it accompanied by a handful of Kale, some crispy tofu and your favourite veggies! This Chia dressing is the perfect natural substitute for the many unhealthy dressings you find coating your salads!

    Ingredients:

    2 teaspoons Super Chia Seed (Available HERE)

    50ml Almond milk

    2 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    1 teaspoon Honey

    2 crushed Garlic cloves

    2 tablespoon Lemon juice

    1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

    Pinch of Salt & Pepper

    1 tsp. Onion Granules

    1 tsp. Paprika

     

    Method:

    -Add all of the ingredients into a bowl and stir until they are fully combined.

    -Pour over your salad and enjoy!

    -Add half the Hazelnuts in to your nutri-bullet/food processor with 1 tablespoon Coconut Water, and blend until smooth.

    -Add the rest of the Coconut Water, the Avocado, Ice, Super Eleven Shake, Super Cocoa Powder, Blueberries, and half of the Banana into the blender, and blend until all the ingredients are combined.

    -Pour the mixture into the bowl, grate the dark Chocolate, sprinkle the Sesame Seeds & Chia seed, add the other half of the Banana, the chopped Coconut and a few more Hazelnuts on top of the smoothie bowl.

    -Grab a spoon and dig in!

    -Stir the chocolate until it has fully melted.

    -Take the peanut mixture out of the food processor and roll into small balls.

    -Dip the peanut balls in to the dark chocolate, making sure they are fully coated, then if using, roll them in chia seed.

    -Place them on to a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper.

    -Put in to the fridge for 1-2 hours and then enjoy.

    The bank holiday weekend has been and gone, and if you have overindulged, this healthy and super yummy smoothie is a great way to detox your body! Containing Super Ketone Shake, this refreshing drink is the perfect balance between fruity & sweet.

     

    Raspberry ketone is a natural ingredient found in red raspberries, it’s what gives them their sweet scent.     Healthy eating is important, but sometimes we all crave something a little more indulgent. This Super healthy dip is the perfect balance between healthy and delicious! The dip contains Super Eleven Shake, which is full of all the healthy superfoods your body needs to help you look and feel great.  It also contains Super Cocoa powder, which is full of minerals and antioxidants. You can use it for dipping your fruit into or spreading onto toast for a delicious breakfast! We love this cute serving bowl, perfect for adding some fruit and your dip! 

     

     

     

    Ingredients:

    1 scoop Super Eleven Shake (SuperEleven.com)

    2 tablespoons Super Cocoa powder (SuperEleven.com)

    200g Hazelnuts

    50ml Hazelnut milk  (we love this)

    50ml Raw maple syrup

     

    Method:

    -Bake the hazelnuts in the oven until brown (roughly 10 minutes)

    -In a food processor, blend the hazelnuts until they form a paste.

    -Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.

After trying out many recipes, we have finally perfected this one! But you didn’t think we would leave you out, did you? Try out our Super yummy recipe below!

     

    Made with all vegan ingredients, and with no added sugar, this chocolate ice cream is healthy as well as delicious! Super Eleven shake provides you with 11 of the best natural superfoods the Earth has to offer, whilst the vitamin rich bananas and blueberries help to boost your mood and leave you feeling satisfied!

     

     

    Ingredients:

    -1 tablespoon Super Cocoa Powder (Supereleven.co.uk)

    -1 scoop Super Eleven Shake (Supereleven.com)

    -2 frozen Bananas

    -Handful frozen Blueberries

    -2 tablespoons Almond milk

    -1 teaspoon pure Vanilla extract

    -Crushed Almonds

     

    Method:

    -Add the bananas and blueberries into your food processor/blender and blend until smooth.

    -Add the Cocoa powder, Super Eleven Shake, almond milk and vanilla extract in to the food processor and blend until all ingredients are combined.

    -If the mixture is not the same consistency as ice cream, put it into the freezer until it has set (roughly 1-2 hours).

Our favourite superfood is packed full of Omega-3 fatty acids, protein, calcium, fibre and iron, meaning it is a great way to get all the nutrients you need! When combined with liquid, Chia seed forms a gel like substance which aids in digestion, as well as keeping you fuller for longer. Chia seeds are also known for boosting your physical energy, meaning this healthy lemonade is the perfect way to start your day! We served ours in THESE cute Mason Jars!

     

    Ingredients:

    2 tablespoons Super Chia seed (Available from Supereleven.co.uk)

    350ml Coconut Water

    1 Lemon

    ½ cup Raspberries

     

    Method:

    -Crush your raspberries using a mortar and add to a glass.

    -Chop your lemon in half and squeeze in to the glass.

    -Add your Super Chia seed in to the glass and fill with the Coconut water.

    -Stir, and then leave your water to sit in the fridge overnight.

    -Take your lemonade out in the morning and enjoy!

    Ingredients:

    -Roll the mixture up into small balls and dust with some cocoa powder, place in the fridge for 1 hour.

    -Remove and enjoy!

    Makes: 8

     

    Ingredients:
    -1 scoop Super Eleven Shake (SuperEleven.co.uk)
    -3 tablespoons ground Flaxseed (Available here)
    -50g rolled oats
    -2 tablespoons chia seed (Available here)
    -1 large egg
    -2 large bananas
    -2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    -70g Hazelnut Butter (can be substituted with other but butters)

    -½ teaspoon baking soda
    -2 teaspoons sweetener
    -1 tablespoon water
    -Dark chocolate chips (optional)

     

    Method:

    -Pre-heat the oven to 180°C.
    -Place muffin cases on a large baking tray. (We love these Lakeland.co.uk)
    -Add all of the ingredients in to a food processor (without the chocolate chips) and combine.
    -Fold the chocolate chips in to the mixture
    -Pour the mixture in to a muffin cases and bake for 12-15 minutes.
    -Leave to cool before eating.

    Super Eleven's Roasted Red Pepper Houmous February 24 2015

     

     

     

     Ingredients:

     -250g Chickpeas

     -A large red pepper

     -3 teaspoons olive oil (plus a little extra for serving)

     -Crushed garlic

     -2 tsp. Paprika

     -Pinch of salt

     -1 large Chopped onion

     -½ lemon

     -½ tsp. chilli powder

     -2 tsp. Cayenne pepper

     -4 tablespoons tahini (we recommend tesco.com/groceries)

     

     Instructions:

     -Turn the oven up to 180°C.

     -Slice the pepper into three pieces, removing as much of the inside as possible.

     -Place the peppers onto a baking tray and top with tin foil, roast for 30 minutes.

     -Rinse and drain the chickpeas, and then put them into a food processor (leaving a handful out for serving)  along with the garlic, chopped onion, salt, tahini and paprika, blend until smooth.

     -Remove the peppers from the oven and leave to cool.

     -Peel the skin off of the peppers and put into the food processor along with the other mixture, add the juice  from the lemon, olive oil, chilli powder, cayenne pepper.

     -Blend until all ingredients are smooth.

     -Place houmous in to a serving dish, using a spoon, create a dip in the middle of the houmous.

     -Place the leftover chickpeas in the middle of the dip and drizzle with a little olive oil.

     -Serve with toasted pita bread.

     

     


    Super Eleven's Blueberry Pancakes February 17 2015

     Pancake day is finally here! These blueberry & oat pancakes are not only delicious, but they are also vegan and  low fat. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do!

     

     

     

     

     Ingredients:

     -125g oats

     -1 tsp vanilla extract (We recommend Ocado.com)

     -1 tbsp ground flaxseed (Our favourite is hipster-health.com)

     -1 tbsp Super Eleven Shake powder

     -Handful blueberries

     -150ml almond milk (Try alpro.com)

     -2 bananas

     -Olive oil

     -1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda

     

     Instructions:

     -Put the oats in to a food processor and blend for 2 minutes, until they reach a flour like consistency.

     -Add the milk, Super Eleven, flaxseed, bicarbonate soda, banana and vanilla extract in to a blender and  blend  until smooth.

     -Pour a little olive oil into a pan on medium heat and add a large spoonful of the mixture to the pan and  sprinkle on some blueberries.

     -Cook one side for 2 minutes, or until brown, and then flip.

     -Serve with topping of your choice and enjoy!

     

     

     


    Perfect Valentine's Day Dinner February 11 2015

     

     Valentine's day is this Saturday and if you have so far failed to get dinner reservations, don't panic! We have  put together the perfect 3 course meal for you and your loved one to enjoy! Not only is it delicious, but it's also  very easy to make!

     

     

     

     Serves: 2 

     

     Starter: Baked Caprese Salad

     

     Ingredients:

     -Wholemeal baguette

     -Mozzarella cheese

     -Large Tomatoes

     -Extra virgin olive oil

     -Fresh basil

     -Salt and Pepper

     

     Instructions: 

     -Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

     -Slice 4 pieces off baguette and arrange on a baking sheet.

     -Brush the bread with some olive oil and bake for 5-10 minutes or until golden.

     -Remove the bread from the oven and top with a thin slice of tomato and a thin slice of mozzarella, season with salt and  pepper and return to the oven for a further 5 minutes.

     -Garnish with basil and olive oil.

     

     Main: Sun-dried Tomato Pasta

     

     

     

     Ingredients:

     -Wholewheat pasta

     -1 large red onion

     -3 crushed Garlic cloves

     -Chilli flakes

     -Basil

     -2 tablespoons Tomato puree

     -Extra virgin olive oil

     -Black pepper

     -Parmesan cheese (or cheese of your choice)

     -Tinned tomatoes

     -Sun-dried tomatoes

     

     Instructions: 

     -Boil large pan of water, then add the pasta.

     -Chop the onion and sautee with the garlic and olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

     -Pour the tinned tomatoes,chilli flakes, chopped basil and tomato puree over the garlic and onion, stirring regularly until  hot.

     -Add 50ml of water to the sauce, bring to the boil.

     -Take the sauce off the heat and stir in the sun-dried tomatoes, salt and pepper.

     -Drain the pasta and place into two bowls.

     -Pour the sauce over the pasta, and garnish with basil, Parmesan cheese and pepper.

     

     

     Dessert: Fruit Kabobs

     

     Ingredients:

     -Organic Dark chocolate (We love greenandblacks.co.uk)

     -Watermelon

     -Strawberry

     -Banana

     -Pineapple

     -Marshmallow

     -Heart shaped cookie cutter (tesco.com)

     -Wooden skewers

     

     

     Instructions:

     -Slice the banana, pineapple and watermelon.

     -Using the small cookie cutter, cut the banana, pineapple and watermelon in to heart shapes.

     -Wash the strawberries and slice the top off.

     -Assemble different fruits and marshmallows onto a skewer and lay onto a piece of grease-proof paper.

     -Heat water in a pan on a medium heat.

     -Break up the dark chocolate in a bowl, and then place the bowl into the pan of water making sure the water doesn't get  into the chocolate.

     -Stir the chocolate until it has completely melted.

     -Using a spoon, drizzle the dark chocolate over the fruit kabobs.

     -Put the fruit kabobs in the fridge for 20 minutes and then they are ready to enjoy!

     -150g Couscous

     (Our favourite is waitrose.com/shop)

     -Onion granules

     -1 teaspoon rapeseed oil

     -Crushed Garlic

     -Paprika

     -Black pepper

     -1 large chopped red onion

     -1 teaspoon olive oil

     -300g boiling water

     

     Method

     -Put the couscous into a large bowl and pour over the boiling water, top with black pepper and

     leave to stand for 5/10 minutes, or until water has absorbed.

     -Fluff the couscous with a fork.

     -Heat the oil in a pan and put in the red onion and crushed garlic, cook until brown.

     -Mix the garlic, onion and paprika in with the couscous and top with pepper.

     -Serve and enjoy!

     Ingredients:

     - ½ cup diced pineapple

     - squeezed juice from 1 large orange

     - 1 scoop Super Green Detox

     - 50ml Coconut water

     - 50ml water

     - 1 diced mango
