How many calories are in Super Eleven Shake?

Super Eleven Shake contains 70 calories per serving.

How does Super Eleven Shake taste?

So much goodness has gone into Super Eleven Shake so your body can get the best experience out of using it but we never lost sight of the taste when developing our recipe.
Super Eleven Shake is refreshing and enjoyable to drink whilst mixing well with water, soya, almond or coconut milk with no aftertaste.

How much sugar is in Super Eleven Shake?

Just 2.5g of natural sugar in each serving.

What can I mix Super Eleven Shake with?
The idea is to use Super Eleven Shake as a base and then build up from there - mix with bananas, berries, cherries, spinach, crushed ice, it's up to you.

How much liquid to add to one scoop?

Add 200ml of fluid of either water, milk, coconut milk, almond milk, soy milk

Are your products organic?

All of our products are organic, vegan and dairy free

Are there are dietary plans to follow while taking the shake?

We advise that you take one or two shakes per day as a meal replacement or as an addition to your healthy and well balanced diet.  

How many servings are there in each pouch?

Each pouch contains 30 servings based on 1 serving per day

What advice do you have for taking when pregnant or breastfeeding?

Whilst many of our customers take our shakes while pregnant or breastfeeding, we always advise speaking to your Doctor/GP prior to taking.

What is the standard delivery cost?

£4.99 Royal Mail Delivery within the United Kingdom

Delivery outside of the EU?

Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply. If so, the shipping company should advise you of the charges due or else you should consult your local customs office. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges will be and Super Eleven is not responsible for them. If these local import/custom charges are refused or not paid by the customer, then the item could be returned to Super Eleven or possibly destroyed if too expensive to return. Please note: If this happens, we may not be able to refund you for your order. We would not be able to refund any original postage costs paid and can only refund for the returned product/s minus any costs incurred in returning them to Super Eleven.

Can I change my address after my order has been placed?

If you contact us immediately before the morning of the next working day.  There is a small chance we can make changes to your order.

How long does delivery take?

Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail usually arrive within 2-3 days,  Please order from Super Eleven with enough time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as Super Eleven cannot be responsible for this.  This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

I have not received my items within the 10 days?

We ask that you wait until 13 days before contacting us as there can we times of busy periods for delivery.  We will aim to sort out these issues asap.  Royal Mail stipulates that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost.
